Return & Exchange Policy

Celestial Jewels Return Policy

At Celestial Jewels, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our timeless, high-quality sterling silver jewelry. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 15 days of the delivery date, subject to the terms below.

 

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned in their original, unworn, and unaltered condition, including all packaging, certificates, and any accompanying documentation.

  • Items purchased during a sale or with a discount code may be returned for store credit only.

 

Return Process

  1. Request a Return Authorization (RA): Contact our customer service team at support@celestialjewels.store within 15 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and reason for return.

  2. Shipping the Return: Once you receive your RA number, securely package your item(s) and include a copy of the RA confirmation. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

  3. Tracking and Insurance: We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as Celestial Jewels is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

  4. Processing: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will process your refund or issue store credit within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method, minus any original shipping charges.

Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability. Please follow the same process as returns, noting that exchanges are also subject to the 15-day return window.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Customized items, as mentioned above, cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

International Returns

  • Customers outside the United States are responsible for return shipping costs, customs duties, and any other related fees. Refunds will be processed in USD, and Celestial Jewels is not responsible for currency exchange differences.
